Our venue sourcing service will provide a portfolio of up to ten venues based upon selection criteria provided by you, from this we will be able to create a shortlist of selected venues to view. All of this information will be provided in a presentation pack for you to make your decision, saving you hours of making numerous phone calls and visits.

Supplier Sourcing and Management 

Researching and choosing the many different suppliers that are vital to the success of your wedding day can be complex and time consuming. We will, from the criteria provided by you, create a shortlist of highly professional suppliers including any samples for you then to make the final decision. Choose from a wide range of existing suppliers such as hair & beauty stylists, stationers, florists, catering, cakes, transport, photographers and many more!

Personalised Shopping Expeditions – Complimentary with any other paid for service

We can schedule a number of appointments with bridal boutiques and help you find the perfect dress. You will be more than welcome to bring a close friend or relative, and one of the team from Samantha Whitehead-Young wedding design will also be there to provide expert advice. We can arrange appointments with groomswear suppliers too!
